Refund after a return

If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to the credit card originally charged.

Please note: If your credit card has expired, no refund can be made to your bank details.

Refund in case of cancellation

Of course, you don't have to pay for items that have been cancelled. We won't charge your credit card until your items have shipped.

Security when paying by credit card

Your credit card data will be transmitted in encrypted form using the SSL method.

Thanks to this high security standard, shopping at ROGGE by credit card is safe.

3DS authentication is used when completing the order.

The authentication guarantees the particularly secure processing of credit card transactions on the Internet using special encryption methods.

You don't need any additional software for this. Both customers who are already registered and those who are not yet registered are automatically forwarded to their bank's website via the payment process. To complete the order, please follow the steps given there.

How to choose your payment method

When you complete an order and checkout, you can choose from a range of payment methods offered. If you want to change a selected payment method, simply click on “edit” next to the payment method.

Payment via PayPal

If you select payment via PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process.

If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment.

New to PayPal?

Then you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

The incoming payment is usually booked by us within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.

Please note that you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions and thus accept PayPal's processes.

Refund after a return

If you send items back, the credit will be automatically applied to the PayPal account you are using.

Whether the amount will be deposited into your PayPal account or returned to your bank account,

you can set it yourself with PayPal.

If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to refund to your bank details.

Unfortunately, another PayPal account cannot be used.

Refund after cancellation

We will refund the canceled items to your PayPal account.

Payment via Apple Pay / set up

To set up Apple Pay, add a credit, debit, or prepaid card to the Wallet app on your iPhone, Apple Watch, or other compatible device.

When will my credit card be charged?

The items are reserved with the payment process. Only when the products are shipped will your credit card be charged for the total amount of the delivered items.

Do I get a confirmation of receipt of payment?
With the payment method PayPal, credit card or immediate transfer, the order is only completed by a successful payment process. The payment confirmation for these three payment methods therefore appears directly in the browser window.
 

If you have chosen Klarna as the payment method, you will receive this after receipt of payment

a confirmation by email.

When do I get my bill?

You will receive an invoice by email immediately after your order has been fully shipped.
