Daily dispatch from Monday-Friday
All orders received by 12:00 p.m. are picked up on the same working day by one of our logistics partners DHL - DPD - UPS and 95% of them are usually delivered on the next working day.
In the current Corona times, there could be occasional minor delays in delivery.
We therefore ask for your understanding.

Delivery time?
Shipping after receipt of payment within 1 working day (Mon-Fri)
All orders that we receive by 12:00 p.m. are handed over to the shipping service provider on the same working day.
- Shipping time within Germany can take up to 1-3 working days depending on the region
- Shipping time outside of Germany can take up to 4-7 working days depending on the region
How can I track my order?
When you receive the shipping confirmation, you will receive the tracking number by email at the same time.
This gives you the opportunity to track your order or, if you wish, to change a different storage location/address or to contact the parcel service provider

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs up to €100.00 / €4.30
Free delivery on all online orders from EUR 100.00
Pallet shipping and international shipments are excluded from the offer.

How can I be sure I placed my order correctly?
If you want to check whether your order was placed correctly, you can see this in the order confirmation email we sent you.
You can also find your orders in your customer account via the “Orders” section.

Can my delivery address differ from my billing address?
Your order can also be delivered to an address that differs from your billing address, e.g. to your place of work or a parcel shop. Simply select the payment methods PayPal, direct debit, credit card or instant transfer and enter the desired delivery address under the heading "Delivery address".
Products Goods issue / storage location?
Germany - ex works or external warehouse (DE).
Pallets are shipped exclusively via our logistics partners.
